On Sign Up page select if you are signing up for your own account (Myself) or On Behalf of Someone Else.

Myself: Enter your email id and press Next. System will validate if this email id is available for registration. Enter your first name, last name and answer the captcha question. Enter the password or your choice and confirm the same. Press ‘Take me to Sigmify Health’.

System will take you to the verification screen. Enter the verification code you would have received in your email and press Verify. Enter your profile picture so that the other users can recognize you. Once all onboarding steps are completed, you will be taken to your dashboard.

On Behalf of Someone Else: For the users who do not have email id or who are unable to operate their Sigmify Health account due to some constraints, Sigmify allows ‘On Behalf of Someone Else’ onboarding. The user who is onboarding On Behalf of Someone Else needs to have the Letter of Authority from the patient or should sign a self-certification while onboarding.

The steps to onboard are similar to onboarding ‘Myself’ with a few additional steps. Enter the email id of the person who is already registered on Sigmify Health and who is onboarding on behalf. The verification email and other notifications will be sent to this email id. Enter the first name and last name of the person who does not have email id. System will suggest a login id. Accept the login suggested by the system or enter the login id of your choice. Answer the captcha question. Enter the password of your choice and confirm the same. Press ‘Take me to Sigmify Health’.
System will take you to the verification screen. Enter the verification code you would have received in your email and press Verify. Enter your profile picture so that the other users can recognize you. Once all onboarding steps are completed, you will be taken to your dashboard.

On the dashboard of the user a * will indicate “Account operated by” and the user name who is operating this account.

We work to protect your User Content from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration by using industry-recognized security safeguards, coupled with carefully developed security procedures and practices. We use both internal and external resources to review our security procedures. Transmission of all User Content is treated as sensitive and is done using encryption technology to keep it secure. Our team members are trained and required to safeguard your information.

We take necessary steps and put measures in place to ensure that all User Content submitted by you is subject to Privacy safeguards set out in our privacy policy and that our privacy policy will meet and exceed requirements of privacy related regulations like HIPAA.

The support can be divided into two categories – clinical and application.

• BISIL is not responsible for clinical support. For clinical help, contact details of all care providers are displayed prominently on the bottom, right corner of the dashboard of the Care Recipients and their Caregivers.

• Sigmify support team is always available to help you on the application issues. You can –

Please convey the nature of the issue you faced, while using which feature, along with the screenshot of the issue, if possible. Mention your name, email id, device – mobile or web, browser and version. These details will help us investigate the issue faster and provide you with a solution.

• We respond to the email communication within 24 hours.

• Chat is attended within business hours. If a chat message goes unanswered after business hours, please leave your name and email id. We will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

• Onboarded users get a Support Form. Completing the form raises a support ticket in Sigmify and generate notification to Sigmify Support. These support issues are responded to within 24 hours.

You can use Sigmify Health on your desktop or laptop, your tablet or on your mobile phone. Sigmify app is available to be downloaded from Android Play Store and iOS App Store. The data is always synchronized between all devices. So you can use Sigmify on any device as per your convenience.
There are 3 different types of users (“Roles”) who use SIGMIFY-HEALTH. These are –

Care Recipients: Individual Users who are a recipient of healthcare services. Most users could assume this role in SIGMIFY-HEALTH.

Caregivers: Individual Users in patient's social network including family, friends, neighbours, any other social groups who may be unpaid or paid and who helps the patient with activities of providing care to patients who are ill, disabled or aged family members or friends.

Care Providers: These would typically be employees and business associates of Care Organizations. Some examples are:
A. Doctors, Physicians
B. Nurses
C. Care Managers
D. Social Workers
E. Care Coordinators
F. Nutritionists
G. Therapists
H. Pharmacists
I. Other Healthcare Worker
Sigmify Health brings Care Recipients, Caregivers and Care Providers on the same page. Each user irrespective of their role can setup their own network in Sigmify Health. They have to specify their own role and send an invitation to another user by mentioning the invited user’s role. For example,

I am a Care Recipient
I want to invite johndoe@abc.com as
My Care Provider
Who is a Doctor

System checks if the invited user is already a user on Sigmify Health. If the user is not found, system sends out the invitation mail to join Sigmify. If the user is already existing, system sends out the association mail to the user. When user accepts the invitation, the user becomes the part of inviting user’s network.
